Validating concepts
If you're aiming for lasting results, you don't want to take a gamble
Now that your concept is finalized, you want to know if it actually works. And there's only one way to find out. That's right, by simply making it. But in a different way.
Making, but different
A simple website, a chatbot or GPT, a pitch for clients, or a dedicated security lane at Schiphol. We don’t mind what we create, as long as we learn something from it. Step by step, we work to eliminate the most risky assumptions. Let's call it 'de-risking,' though it’s a term we prefer to avoid but is fitting here. We do this with manageable experiments that help us make smart choices.
Experimentation
We love to experiment. Naturally, as we are indeed experiment designers. It doesn't matter if they are large or small, as long as they are the right experiments at the right time. Not that we go about experimenting randomly like mad professors. Certainly not. Experiment design follows a well-thought-out process, and our experiment designers possess a vast array of methods and have solid expertise.
Coincidence does not exist
We ensure that you know what you're getting, who you need to involve, and what decisions we can make then. That's called lean product development. We only believe in an idea once we have evidence that it works. Then we can proceed. At least, if you agree with that.
